What merchants should include in a support request
To speed up triage, please include:
- shop domain
- affected product title(s) or product ID(s)
- whether the issue occurred during generate, review, or apply
- your current plan (Free or Pro)
- screenshots of the relevant screen or error
- approximate time of the issue
Initial support triage checklist
- Confirm the merchant can open the embedded app.
- Confirm products load from Shopify.
- Confirm settings can be saved in the Settings route.
- Confirm previews generate for at least one product.
- Confirm QA findings render.
- Confirm at least one field can be selectively applied.
- Confirm Auto Optimize settings can be saved and recent automatic runs are visible when enabled.
- Confirm recent activity updates after manual actions.
Known current limitations to mention honestly
- suggested image alt text is preview-only
- Auto Optimize only handles newly created products; existing-catalog bulk automation is not part of the current scope
- multilingual workflows are not part of the current scope
